Symptom A — Payment or deposit error

Likely cause: Alipay / WeChat Pay not ready, card declined, or deposit authorization failed.

Try:

Make a tiny shop payment with the same wallet.
Fix wallet issues: Alipay failed, WeChat not working.
Add another funding source inside the wallet.
Re-read deposit terms; cancel a stuck authorization in the wallet’s bills if one exists.

Symptom B — Real-name or age gate

Complete any passport / face prompt inside the mini program. If it loops, finish WeChat or Alipay real-name first, then retry.

Symptom C — Location / Bluetooth / GPS

Enable precise location for WeChat, Alipay, and the bike app. Step into an open street if you are underground. Restart the phone once. Some locks use Bluetooth—allow the permission if asked.

Symptom D — Bike marked broken or already rented

Scan a different bike. In the app, report the bad bike so others avoid it. Do not force the lock.

Symptom E — Cannot end the ride

You are probably outside the electronic fence.

Open the parking map.
Walk (do not abandon) the bike into an allowed P-zone.
End again and wait for the locked tone / on-screen success.
If the app still bills after a successful lock, screenshot everything and use in-app support immediately.

Symptom F — Extra dispatch fee surprise

Leaving service areas can trigger scheduling fees. Check the fee line before confirming end. If contested, use the operator’s complaint channel with timestamps in China time.

Symptom G — QR will not scan

Clean the sticker; try the operator app’s manual code entry if digits appear under the QR; avoid third-party “QR scanner” apps that do not open the wallet mini program.
